MEET YOUR SPECIALIST
India Hinton is an innovative and driven public health professional and maternal and child health advocate. She has a wide range of experience in nutrition and integrative health, health education, health communications, program planning, implementation, and analysis of public health issues that impact community health outcomes.
India is a board-certified licensed Dietician Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Cellular Biology from Florida A&M University, a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health, and a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from The George Washington University.
Ashly Brooks is a daughter, sister, friend, wife, and mama of two girls (3 years old and 1 year old.) Ashly has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from UMBC, a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist – Candidate under supervision.
Ashly is also a nationally and state certified EMT, a doula, and has received a scholarship to pursue lactation counselor, as well.

How soon should I start focusing on nutrition if I’m planning to get pregnant?
It’s never too early to start! We recommend focusing on nutrition at least three months before trying to conceive to optimize your body’s health and fertility.

We specialize in personalized nutrition plans for prenatal, postpartum, and hormone health. Our Certified Nutrition Specialist can also assist with preconception planning, fertility guidance, and general wellness.
How can nutrition support me during and after pregnancy?
Proper nutrition is crucial for both you and your baby. We help optimize your diet to support a healthy pregnancy, ease postpartum recovery, and balance your hormones naturally.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
We offer virtual consultations to accommodate your needs and schedule.
What can I expect during my first consultation?
Your first consultation will include a comprehensive assessment of your health history, dietary habits, and goals. Based on this, we’ll create a tailored nutrition plan to support your specific needs.
